Family Engagement is designed to help support our most isolated families. The focus of Family Engagement is school readiness, parent support and nurturing parent/child interaction; empowering parents to be their child’s first teacher and strengthening the family unit.
This program is entirely consistent with the Ollie’s guiding principles to reach out and meet the needs of families experiencing social and economic stress, be a safe haven for children and families where social interaction, supervision, age-appropriate activities and learning opportunities are ever-present and to promote, encourage and develop healthy and whole families.
School Readiness (for both children and parents) empowering parents to be their child’s first teacher
